In the strength of another

As you learn more, you learn other more, this is the circle of learning; each gleaning from the other what the other knows, that is unique to them and you are without this learning. Yet you have learned that the other is without so this is a true synergistic community. Learning from each other, supporting each other, strengths are augmented and weakness is overcome through the celebration of the place each hold within the community.
